The interplay of deep peach and apricot fruit with toasty lees character and wet-stone minerality makes this an excellent expression of the special terroir of Rheinhessen’s Red Slope. Serious slatey power in the very long finish, yet this remains medium-bodied and almost graceful. November 2025.
